Hours of operation: Mon-Fri: 8:00am-4:00pm

Referrals: Referrals will be accepted from social services agencies, medical professionals and self-referrals.

Clientele: Criteria may vary depending on program. In general we service adults, 16 years of age and older, with a severe and persistent mental illness.

Fee: Vary depending on program. (Usually small).

Accessibility:  Only Rebecca Street Office is wheelchair accessible.

Availability: Clients must meet the eligibility criteria. Spaces in programs vary in availability. 

Who we are: We as an Association, assist and encourage consumers to achieve and maintain their optimum level of functioning in the community within the framework of self-determination.

What we offer:
Baldwin Housing Program: Affordable, supportive housing is offered in a home-like environment where residents are encouraged to optimize their strengths and build on them to gain confidence.
Community Outreach and Crisis Intervention Program: This program enables hard to reach individuals that are unwilling to access conventional case management programs, who have a serious mental illness and lack necessary supports by providing; case management, outreach and intervention.
Mental Health Court Support Services: This service provides alternatives and options to people with serious mental illnesses who become involved in the criminal justice system.
Community Enrichment Services: A community-based program offering case management services to individuals with serious mental illnesses.
Residential Skills Development Program: Offers rehabilitation services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness living in Second Level Lodging Homes. Evening Social Recreation Rehabilitation Program:
Developed for consumers of mental health services. Specifically offered in the evening to compliment day programs. Funded by the United Way.
Nikon Pals Photography Group: The Nikon Pals is a photography club with a difference. Its members are a diverse group of individuals who want to expand their creative visions. The Nikon Pals have proven that mental illness need not be a barrier to artistic impression.
