No Referrals required. Appointments are required for office visits.

Clientele: Any person suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and/or their family members,
friends or caregiver.

Fee: None

Accessibility: Wheelchair access to building.

 Who we are:
The Alzheimer Society's area of support includes: family counseling and support to help family members cope with the progressive neuronal disease, education for family members and health professionals' research and advocacy.
