 Who we are: We are a Self Help Group. Our objectives are:
  • Emotional Support
  • Education
  • Discussion
  • Coping Strategies
  • Stress "wellness", not illness

What we offer: Confidential, informal meetings. Our O.C.D. Self Help Group meetings are held on the second and last Tuesday of every month, from 7:00p.m.-9:30p.m.

Clientele: We welcome individuals (18 years and older) with O.C.D., their family and friends, and parents of children with O.C.D.

Fee: No fees for services. Donation for the group's rent are voluntary.
