The criteria are a simplified version that I wrote for use by mental health professionals as well as patients, relatives, and other lay people. The criteria are taken directly from my book, DSM-IV Made Easy, published by Guilford Press. To my knowledge, this site is the only one on the web to publish a complete set of diagnostic criteria."
